The wear-resisting layer generally accounts for 1/3 to 1/2 of the total thickness.

The wear-resistant steel plate alloy wear-resistant layer and matrix is metallurgical bonding.By means of special equipment and automatic welding process, the high hardness self-protection alloy welding wire is uniformly welded on the substrate.In the process of composite, uniform transverse cracks appear due to the different shrinkage ratio of alloy, which is a significant characteristic of wear-resistant steel plate.
